No Attorney-Client Relationship
An attorney-client relationship with RSE is established only when both parties have executed a formal written engagement agreement. Until such an agreement is in place:
- Do not send confidential, sensitive, or privileged information through our website, contact forms, email, or SMS.
- Information you submit is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
- RSE is under no obligation to keep any unsolicited information confidential.

No Privileged Communications via SMS. SMS messages with RSE do not establish an attorney-client relationship and are not protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not transmit confidential legal information via text message.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
