FREDERICK S. REISZ
Mr. Reisz focuses his practice in the area of Professional Liability Defense for real estate professionals, accountants and business managers, lawyers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and various MPL disciplines. In addition, he serves as coordinating counsel to Japanese companies and insurers in the areas of products liability and coverage litigation. He has served as first chair counsel in bench and jury trials in the Los Angeles Superior Court and has argued before the California Court of Appeal and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Reisz received mediation training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court ADR Civil Mediation Panel.
Mr. Reisz graduated in May 1986 from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, received his Juris Doctorate degree in May 1989 from the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, and was admitted to the California Bar in December 1989.
LORI E. SIDERMAN
Ms. Siderman has an extensive background in the areas of architects/engineers and attorney malpractice, construction defect, products liability, general civil litigation and real estate. Lori graduated in 1991 with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Sociology and Communication Studies; received a J.D. in 1994 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law; and was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and the Nevada Bar in 2000.
DANIEL A. EISENBERG
Mr. Eisenberg has extensive experience in litigating high value complex personal injury, products liability, premises liability, multi-party construction defect, real estate professional liability defense and general business matters. In recent years, Mr. Eisenberg has specialized in heading our rideshare driver and delivery driver defense team, managing and litigating complex multi-party, high exposure personal injury matters. Mr. Eisenberg’s clients include rideshare drivers, delivery drivers, domestic and international product manufacturers, construction contractors, design professionals and business professionals. Mr. Eisenberg also has experience in product contracts, general civil litigation, family law, as well as judgment enforcement.
Mr. Eisenberg graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001 with a B.A. in Legal Studies; received a J.D. from Southwestern University Law School in 2005; was admitted to the California Bar in December 2005.
